Did you know that eveytime you have hot flushes it’s the equivalent of women suffering mini strokes to dump excess iron through the skin. Mines was so bad I felt like someone was whacking me with a baseball bat on the back of my head. Unfortunately I have to use 2 caps in the morning and 2 in the evening and Kiko has supported me more than I can hope for!!!
